• Five9 is seeking a passionate, results-oriented and collaborative Communications Director, Technology & Product. • This highly visible role will be responsible for the strategy and execution of communications programs. • Partner closely with product, engineering and product marketing to create narratives. • The ideal candidate will have impactful technology communications experience and thrive in a dynamic environment. • This position reports to the VP of Corporate Communications.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in technology / product communications. • AI comms experience a huge plus. • Experience collaborating 1:1 with executives and building programs that roll up to top level business strategy. • Can grasp technical concepts and help articulate those concepts to a diverse audience. • Ability to move between strategy and execution easily. • Dedication to the news cycle and fast-paced communications cycle. • Expertise in both traditional and emerging media and channels. • Innovative thinking, not afraid to take risks and push the team and company in new directions. • Experience in managing and maximizing external agency resources. • Management of budget and resource allocation to support success and efficiency. • Experience in working for a publicly listed B2B technology company preferred. • A relevant degree or diploma is preferred.
