β’ 3+ years experience in (B2B) software implementation, project management and/or business analysis β’ Proven experience in a proactive customer-centric role, ideally in a B2B setting β’ Prior experience with account management and upselling products to medium to large clients β’ Ability to demonstrate continuous value to customers β’ Ability to read, interpret and leverage data β’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple requests β’ Excellent English skills; additional languages a plus β’ Willingness to travel
