β€’ Join us on our mission to make shipping safer, smarter, and more collaborative β€’ Lead customer onboardings and drive effective product adoption β€’ Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention β€’ Upsell new modules/products based on customer needs β€’ Act as product ambassador, compiling and communicating client feedback β€’ Measure success with key metrics like product usage and renewals β€’ Cultivate process excellence for long-term customer satisfaction

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years experience in (B2B) software implementation, project management and/or business analysis β€’ Proven experience in a proactive customer-centric role, ideally in a B2B setting β€’ Prior experience with account management and upselling products to medium to large clients β€’ Ability to demonstrate continuous value to customers β€’ Ability to read, interpret and leverage data β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple requests β€’ Excellent English skills; additional languages a plus β€’ Willingness to travel
