β€’ Develop and manage client relationships across applicable vertical utilizing established contacts and new prospects. β€’ Annual production and portfolio growth goals scaled to ultimately achieve executive sales officer ('ESO') level of production. β€’ Develop the ability to effectively evaluate all aspects of potential transactions including financial position of clients and transaction structure. β€’ Build strong external and internal relationships including risk, asset management, and documentation teams. β€’ Prospects and develops new client relationships in assigned vertical through the development of target client plan (i.e., geographic territory, industry, market). β€’ Activities include cold calling and outreach to targeted prospects within assigned production goals. β€’ Manages existing customer relationships including those sourced by others. β€’ Maximizes production from house accounts. β€’ Provide transactional support to include reviewing and analyzing financial statements, prescreening transactions, preparing proposals, negotiating documents and closing transactions. β€’ Portfolio administration and other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

β€’ 2-5 years sales experience in appropriate sector with a verifiable track record of production or comparable experience with a sales vertical, industry or product offering relevant to Flagstar Financial & Leasing. β€’ One year college or technical school and/or one to three years of related experience. β€’ Strong cold-calling capability, attention to detail and a commitment to exemplary service are required. β€’ Knowledge of products, pricing, and structure. β€’ Understand financial/credit policies and review financial statements of targeted clients. β€’ Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Super trump, T Value and ACT.
