β’ Develop and manage client relationships across applicable vertical utilizing established contacts and new prospects. β’ Annual production and portfolio growth goals scaled to ultimately achieve executive sales officer ('ESO') level of production. β’ Develop the ability to effectively evaluate all aspects of potential transactions including financial position of clients and transaction structure. β’ Build strong external and internal relationships including risk, asset management, and documentation teams. β’ Prospects and develops new client relationships in assigned vertical through the development of target client plan (i.e., geographic territory, industry, market). β’ Activities include cold calling and outreach to targeted prospects within assigned production goals. β’ Manages existing customer relationships including those sourced by others. β’ Maximizes production from house accounts. β’ Provide transactional support to include reviewing and analyzing financial statements, prescreening transactions, preparing proposals, negotiating documents and closing transactions. β’ Portfolio administration and other duties assigned by management.
β’ 2-5 years sales experience in appropriate sector with a verifiable track record of production or comparable experience with a sales vertical, industry or product offering relevant to Flagstar Financial & Leasing. β’ One year college or technical school and/or one to three years of related experience. β’ Strong cold-calling capability, attention to detail and a commitment to exemplary service are required. β’ Knowledge of products, pricing, and structure. β’ Understand financial/credit policies and review financial statements of targeted clients. β’ Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Super trump, T Value and ACT.
