β€’ Act as a point of contact for up to 30 clients. β€’ Act as a manager for up to 8 team members working on your client's accounts. β€’ Ensure a positive and professional client service experience. β€’ Maintain quality assurance for our KPIs. β€’ Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships. β€’ Build and maintain a strong pod culture of performance. β€’ Manage the client onboarding process for new clients joining a pod. β€’ Develop and maintain strategic objectives for each client. β€’ Maintain and report on internal strategies. β€’ Prepare reports on account statuses and send them to the client. β€’ Help identify and develop new business avenues with existing clients. β€’ Identify operational gaps and provide solutions. β€’ Drive integration of cross-functional teams for effective client management. β€’ Ensure on-time delivery of work by adhering to deadlines. β€’ Manage, analyse, and forecast the financial performance of the pod. β€’ Develop, manage, and plan for optimal service capacity within the pod. β€’ Work across departments to ensure effective service delivery. β€’ Drive innovation and manage change of new initiatives. β€’ Have in-depth knowledge of content strategy and propose changes if needed. β€’ Have in-depth knowledge of Sales Navigator. β€’ Work with the Audit specialist to analyse and correct any issues on accounts. β€’ Check clients' weekly status documents and reports. β€’ Analyse weekly status figures for shortfalls and make corrections.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Experience managing a team. β€’ Experience in digital marketing or advertising. β€’ Experience managing multiple client relationships. β€’ Can demonstrate a solid understanding of LinkedIn features and capabilities. β€’ 5+ years of work experience.
