β€’ Propel our brand forward through its next phase of growth β€’ Deliver breakthrough creative, viral campaigns, unexpected moments of internet magic β€’ Collaborate closely with our Brand Marketing Manager, Growth Marketer and Lifecycle Marketing Manager β€’ Oversee all b2c and b2b marketing, from in-store to social and everywhere in between β€’ Create and deliver innovative marketing plans that drive brand awareness and shopper acquisition β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally to develop market-specific approaches β€’ Own the development of marketing assets and content across channels β€’ Ensure all outgoing brand messages are cohesive and compelling β€’ Work closely with Communications and other teams for flawless execution β€’ Build a results-driven culture through analysis and continuous improvement

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 7 years in consumer marketing, with specific experience in tech or grocery tech required β€’ Demonstrated experience in strategic and creative campaign development β€’ Understanding of b2b marketing best practices, including ABM β€’ Ability to negotiate contracts, manage budgets and manage projects through initiation to completion β€’ Deep understanding of strategy, planning, implementation, and idea generation β€’ Experience developing cross-channel campaigns, with specific experience building compelling in-store activations and bridging the gap between digital and in-store β€’ A strong network of industry contacts β€’ Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, navigating ambiguity and delivering stakeholder alignment β€’ Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant discipline (equivalent work experience will be considered) β€’ Bilingualism (French or Spanish) is a bonus
