Description
•Daily operations and management of Supplier Intake-to-Procure system •Oversee procurement workflows and coordinate with cross-functional teams •Conduct sourcing activities and lead RFx events •Oversee supplier contracts and maintain a library of contract templates •Oversee travel and corporate card programs •Build collaborative relationships with suppliers •Ad hoc reporting, analytics, savings tracking, and systems enhancements
Requirements
•1-4 years of experience in a Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Category Management function •Comfortable with leading and teaching decentralized and global Supplier Managers •Able to manage a high volume of projects and independently meet deadlines •Understanding of sourcing and supplier management concepts and negotiation techniques •Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills •Excited about building and maintaining effective working relationships •Adaptable with a desire to learn and develop skill set •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or relevant certification
