• Help organize, coordinate and carry out all human resource department projects and processes • Work directly with and assist the Sr. Human Resources Manager in fulfilling HR responsibilities • Focus primarily on recruiting tasks, including sourcing, screening and hiring to fill all positions • Track and maintain employee data using HRIS software • Maintain positive employee relations and ensure worker satisfaction through education of HR policies • Foster a positive work environment • Shape NinjaHoldings future by managing top talent in the financial technology industry
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience. • 1-2 years related experience, including some technical recruiting • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures. • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Strong written and verbal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
