β€’ Help organize, coordinate and carry out all human resource department projects and processes β€’ Work directly with and assist the Sr. Human Resources Manager in fulfilling HR responsibilities β€’ Focus primarily on recruiting tasks, including sourcing, screening and hiring to fill all positions β€’ Track and maintain employee data using HRIS software β€’ Maintain positive employee relations and ensure worker satisfaction through education of HR policies β€’ Foster a positive work environment β€’ Shape NinjaHoldings future by managing top talent in the financial technology industry

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience. β€’ 1-2 years related experience, including some technical recruiting β€’ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. β€’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures. β€’ Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations β€’ Strong written and verbal skills β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
