β’ Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience. β’ 1-2 years related experience, including some technical recruiting β’ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. β’ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. β’ Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures. β’ Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations β’ Strong written and verbal skills β’ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
