Description

• User experience is integral to Fleetio's culture and how we build products together. • Seeking a Senior UX Researcher to strengthen our research foundation. • Lead hands-on research initiatives to uncover valuable user insights. • Enhance Fleetio's research practice by developing processes and methodologies. • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to understand B2B users. • Champion user-centered design and user advocacy throughout the company. • Mentor team members and promote a research-driven culture. • This is an entrepreneurial role in a self-driven environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UX research experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment • Proven experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, particularly in hands-on, onsite research. • Experience working autonomously, particularly in cross-functional settings, or as a team of one. • Excellent communication and teaching skills, with a passion for mentoring others and building a research culture. • Strong ability to prioritize, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing project needs. • Familiarity with modern research tools (e.g., Sprig, Marvin, Lyssna), with a willingness to experiment with emerging methodologies. • Exceptional user advocacy and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations. • (Nice to have) Any relevant experience in the transportation industry.
