Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, or a related field • You excel at translating strategic frameworks into actionable plans • You can communicate with a blend of warmth and authority • You enjoy talking about leadership development, adult learning theory, and growth-led performance practices • You can effectively manage a portfolio of projects across the team • You thrive in fast-paced or startup environments • You’re passionate about helping others grow and succeed
