Description
• Analyzing data using statistical techniques. • Implementing and maintaining databases. • Gathering data from primary and secondary sources. • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends from data. • Working with multiple departments and leadership teams to prioritize business and information needs. • Creating efficient reporting and dashboards. • Improving business practices/processes to enhance customer satisfaction, revenue, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent and 3+ years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables, intermediate formulas, conditional formatting, etc.), Power BI, and PowerPoint experience. • Accurate and detail oriented. • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and sharp analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong time management and organizational skills. • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, etc.) preferred. • Previous experience with Enterprise Resource Planning and internal ticketing systems (E-Automate and Zendesk) preferred. • Strong systems and process orientation. • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well across all departments and levels within the organization. • Ability to communicate technical concepts and procedures to non-technical people. • Advanced Excel spreadsheet experience (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, VBA & Macros, etc.) preferred.
