• The Change Management Analyst - Drayage Agents (CMA) facilitates the successful adoption of new IT systems and processes by serving as a bridge between the IT department and our Dray Agents across the network. • The CMA defines and assesses the impact of changes, defines transition plans, and creates structured strategies to promote user adoption. • The CMA is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition by developing training materials, delivering workshops, and establishing communication plans that prepare users for upcoming changes. • The CMA is tasked with monitoring the effectiveness of change initiatives through metrics, gathers feedback from Agents to drive continuous improvement, and provides ongoing support to address challenges and minimize disruption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience with Drayage and Agent operational processes • Deep working knowledge of Drayage Agent processes and pain points • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) • Problem solving/Creative thinking • Excellent listening and communication skills • Critical thinking/analytical thinking • Strong business writing skills • Excellent technical writing skills • Well versed with Process/System design • Strong understanding of end-user patterns for Dray and Agents • Top-notch time management and prioritization skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Strong knowledge of Drayage operations, Agent operations, and specific challenges related to change management • Ability and willingness to travel as needed
