Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Lead, Senior Product Manager, or similar role, with a track record of driving successful consumer-facing product initiatives from 0-1. • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and drive rapid alignment and delivery of successful product launches. • Strong understanding of product development principles, methodologies, and processes. • Ability to be adaptable and thrive in a fast paced environment. • Experience with agile development and project management. • Strong creative thinking and strategic mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives. • Experience collaborating with designers on user research, user experience design (UX/UI), and usability testing. • Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data insights to inform product decisions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. • Experience building fintech or web3/blockchain-related products is advantageous. • Experience with GenAI and building AI native products is advantageous.
