• Responsible for developing the customer sales plan and strategy for the Regional Accounts. • Responsible to build and implement our core strategies to attain volume growth targets, achieve category goals, manage trade promotion budgets, and increase profitability through effective assortment, improved space and position, and effective promotional strategy and tactics. • Develop and manage customer relationships with respective buyers and key decision makers within these Regional Accounts, to ensure our business objectives are met. • Partner with the BU’s and Marketing teams to understand trends and consumer preferences to maximize our sales potential. • Ensure open and effective lines of communication and collaboration with the sales team, to ensure our customers’ promotional strategies are executed by Flowers’ sales reps and independent distributor partners. • Lead, coach, and manage direct report(s), and set a positive work culture. • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Sarbanes – Oxley, Safety, etc.)
• 5+ years’ experience of account management working with retail - VP’s and buyers • 3-5 years' of sales leadership experience • 8+ years’ experience working in CPG, DSD, Warehouse sales • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience required
