📋 Description
• The Senior Director of Corporate Development will drive strategic initiatives including M&A, partnerships, and projects. • Collaborate with the SVP of M&A through all stages of transactions, from deal sourcing to integration. • Support strategic priorities of disciplined M&A, • Conduct financial analyses, identify acquisition targets, and manage due diligence processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years' of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity or corporate development, with a track record of successful deal execution. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics or Business highly preferred.
