Description

• Own the marketing calendar of in-person and virtual events • Plan and execute events end-to-end • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams • Create and manage an event budget • Design experiential marketing activations • Build strong relationships with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders • Monitor and report on key event performance metrics • Stay on top of industry trends

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or conference production • Proven track record of leading successful in-person and virtual events • Proficiency with event management platforms and integrating modern marketing tools • Exceptional organizational and planning skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience managing event budgets and negotiating with vendors • Creativity and flair for designing impactful event experiences • Results-driven, growth mindset • Passion for the cannabis industry and understanding of unique challenges • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
