• The Global Business Development Lead will support the development and execution of strategies aimed at expanding Flowserve’s presence in the Vacuum markets. • Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role will facilitate market analysis, strategy deployment, and key account management. • The role reports to the Global Business Development Director, leads a global Team of Business Development Managers and is critical to achieving strategic business growth objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 5+ years of experience in market development, account management, or strategic sales, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting. • Proven experience in executing business development strategies across multiple regions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers. • 3+ years of direct people leader experience, preferable across different regions. • Ability to travel internationally up to 30%.
