• Willst du Teil eines der spannendsten HealthTech Start-ups Deutschlands werden? • Bei Floy entwickeln wir KI-Software, die Radiologen dabei unterstützt, auf schwierig erkennbare Krankheiten aufmerksam zu werden. • Gemeinsam können wir hiermit Menschenleben retten! • Wir suchen einen Setter für unser wachsendes DACH Sales Team. • In Deiner Rolle bist Du maßgeblich dafür verantwortlich, unsere KI-Software auf dem deutschsprachigen Markt zu etablieren, strategische Partnerschaften zu initiieren sowie neue Partner auf ihrer Reise mit Floy zu begleiten. • Mit Engagement und Überzeugung Radiologiepraxen anrufen und für Floy begeistern. • Du bist unsere Eintrittskarte in die Radiologie. • Du unterstützt uns Termine in jeder Radiologie zu bekommen (Cold Calling/Kaltakquise) und legst damit den Grundstein für den Vertragsabschluss (Closing). • Auch ein Nein bringt dich nicht aus der Ruhe – du agierst souverän und überzeugend am Telefon. • Kontinuierliche Lernbereitschaft und der Wunsch, dich weiterzuentwickeln. • Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit an wechselnde Marktbedingungen. • Du trackst regelmäßig Dein Sales Reporting und Forecasting mittels Pipedrive (CRM) um Deinen Erfolg zu messen.
🎯 Requirements
• Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse (C2). • Du verfügst über Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich SaaS, Medizintechnik oder Gesundheitswesen. • Du überzeugst mit hervorragenden mündlichen und schriftlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe Konzepte einfach und überzeugend zu erklären. • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und organisiert. • Du wohnst im DACH Raum und fühlst dich wohl in einem flexiblen 100% Remote Umfeld. • EIN PLUS IST Erfahrung im dynamischen Start-up Umfeld und ein gutes Verständnis für das Gesundheitswesen & aktuelle Technologien sind ein Plus.
