📋 Description
• FlutterFlow is a leading visual development platform that revolutionizes the way teams create, design, and deploy applications. • We’re looking for our first People Operations Associate to support and scale our global team! • You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration that supports our employees—from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. • This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an operational role in a fast-moving environment. • This is a remote role supporting a globally distributed team, and reporting to the Head of People Operations.
🎯 Requirements
• You have 2-3 years of experience in people operations, HR, or an administrative role, ideally at a startup • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage varying tasks with accuracy • You are trustworthy and discreet, capable of handling confidential information with care • You are reliable and proactive, excellent at executing time-sensitive tasks and maintaining consistent processes • You have strong process documentation skills • You have a startup mindset, willing to take on both routine work and new challenges to support the team • You are comfortable working with people systems and have experience (or interest in learning) tools like BambooHR, Sequoia, or Deel • You are willing to travel quarterly for orientations or offsites, which may be international
