Description

• Customer Success Coordinator is the front-line of our brand experience. • Client communication and relationship building will be critical to success. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously are essential. • Clear and professional communication with subscribers via phone, email, and video conference. • Adapt your approach to a wide range of subscribers. • Build subscribers’ websites using our proprietary content management system (CMS). • Notate your work in our client relationship management software (Hubspot). • Manage your calendar and schedule with a workload of 30+ projects. • Set proper expectations with subscribers throughout the setup process. • Work closely with other departments to accomplish tasks related to building or launching websites. • Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions • Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Prior Customer Service or Support experience • Time Management • Professional oral and written communication skills • Highly organized • Self driven • An eye for design • Project management experience will be extremely helpful • Interest in HTML, CSS is a plus
