• Create and support meaningful relationships with assigned partner agencies to drive value • Support the tactical renewal process for accurate and timely renewals • Manage Renewal Tracker for PSM quote requests and ensure alignment with revenue recognition

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and a mastery-level use of Salesforce • Experience with Gainsight • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Management; candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered • Strong working knowledge of finance operations and SaaS renewal motion • A well-organized, self-directed team player willing to work cooperatively with teammates, has a resourceful mindset and strong problem-solving aptitude • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
