Description

• Customer Success Coordinators work closely with FMG's subscribers. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage 30+ projects. • Clear communication with subscribers via phone, email, and video conference. • Build subscribers’ websites using our proprietary content management system (CMS). • Adapt approach to a wide range of subscribers. • Set proper expectations with subscribers throughout the setup process. • Work closely with other departments to accomplish tasks related to building or launching websites. • Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions. • Internet connection required with specific speeds.

Requirements

• Prior Customer Service or Support experience. • Time Management. • Professional oral and written communication skills. • Highly organized. • Self driven. • An eye for design. • Project management experience will be extremely helpful. • Interest in HTML, CSS is a plus.
