Description

• Lead On-board new Production Agents. • Provide training and mentoring to Production Agents. • Assist management in establishing department policies. • Review and analyze client contracts. • Manage customer service accountabilities. • Negotiate renewal terms and conditions for clients. • Maintain the electronic account file. • Communicate necessary information to all stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. • Valid Driver's License. • Resident Property and Casualty Agent's license. • 5 years Property & Casualty insurance experience or 3 years experience and a CISR or CIC designation. • Commercial P&C experience preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and all agency automation software. • Prior experience working in Applied Epic preferred. • Ability to teach & mentor others.
