• Foley is seeking a results-driven Mid-Market Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the software-as-a-service market. • This role involves hiring and developing the sales team through management/execution of the sales process to create a high-performing sales team. • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance while reinforcing the company sales process with the goal of exceeding revenue targets. • Partner with the BDR team to help develop and promote/hire new AEs. • Conduct regular sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accurate revenue projections. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall company goals. • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and ethical guidelines. • Ensure the sales team sets the proper expectations around our services to set onboarding up for success.

Requirements

• 4 – 5 years of B2B sales success hitting or exceeding quota within SaaS sales (or similar industry). 1+ year of experience in a leadership or managerial position is preferred but not required. • Strong coaching and development skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesloft, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools. • Ability to be a teammate to all cross functional departments in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
