Description

• Drive product strategy and execution in a highly complex and regulated space. • Understand market needs and define product strategy. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. • Create intuitive and user-friendly checkout experiences and merchant tooling solutions. • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product performance metrics.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience leading products through scaling. • Familiarity with financial products, ideally with merchant checkout. • Ability to see the big picture to form long-term product strategy in an evolving payments landscape. • Experience working in an agile development environment. • Track record of executing large-scale launches that grow. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate on different levels of abstraction, from technical to executive.
