Are you ready to change the way the world moves? • Enterprise Technology plays a critical part in shaping the future of mobility. • The Integrated Services Software Team is looking for Software Engineering Manager, who will partner with a variety of stakeholders to building next generation technical platform for Integrated Services. • As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that challenge your skills and push you to grow as a Software Engineering Manager. • Our team members are dedicated to helping each other succeed, and you will have access to mentorship and support from experienced professionals who are committed to helping you achieve your career goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field • Experience 10+ years with progressive responsibilities in Software Engineering, Architecture and Agile Framework. • Strong demonstrated competencies on cloud and digital platforms. Practical implementation experience with one or more of the major cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred) • NodeJS, JEE, and Python based processing pipelines. • Experience in developing RESTful APIs, database management (SQL and NoSQL), and server-side programming. • Demonstrated understanding and ability to drive highly available consumer ready Internet properties and technical platforms. • Data privacy, cyber security, and consumer regulatory technology compliance • Must be able to operationalize and assist teams with abstract technology concepts. • Strong communication, collaborative, and influencing skills. • Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership. • Demonstrated ability to drive development of highly technical technology services and capabilities. • Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners. • Ability to work collaboratively and navigate complex decision making in a rapidly changing environment.
