• The Ford Pro Solutions team is seeking a talented, experienced, and passionate professional to tell the Ford Pro story to potential customers! • The Solutions Sales Manager will be a subject matter expert on Ford Pro’s ancillary product portfolio and will be responsible for facilitating sales demos and training for channel sales partners including Ford Dealerships. • Successful candidates will combine software expertise and empathy for the end user to attract clients and develop the software solution to their maximum potential. • Additionally, ideal candidates will be relationship builders and partner with Ford Dealership personnel to drive additional sales activity and develop the dealership channel.
• Bachelor’s degree or College/technical diploma with 8+ years of relevant industry experience • 4+ years relevant work experience • Must be located in the assigned territory (British Columbia) • Software sales experience strongly preferred • 3+ years of channel and/or direct sales experience • Measured success and a proven track record in Software Sales • Extensive knowledge and understanding of computer-based Applications, IT operations and SaaS • Wireless and GPS experience • Dealership / Channel Management experience • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work well within and across multiple functions • Personal drive and competitive spirit to succeed in the marketplace • Desire to do what is right for the customer • Sales / service customer contract experience • Salesforce software utilization, preferred
