Description

β€’ The Ford Pro Solutions team is seeking a talented, experienced, and passionate professional to tell the Ford Pro story to potential customers! β€’ The Solutions Sales Manager will be a subject matter expert on Ford Pro’s ancillary product portfolio and will be responsible for facilitating sales demos and training for channel sales partners including Ford Dealerships. β€’ Successful candidates will combine software expertise and empathy for the end user to attract clients and develop the software solution to their maximum potential. β€’ Additionally, ideal candidates will be relationship builders and partner with Ford Dealership personnel to drive additional sales activity and develop the dealership channel.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree or College/technical diploma with 8+ years of relevant industry experience β€’ 4+ years relevant work experience β€’ Must be located in the assigned territory (British Columbia) β€’ Software sales experience strongly preferred β€’ 3+ years of channel and/or direct sales experience β€’ Measured success and a proven track record in Software Sales β€’ Extensive knowledge and understanding of computer-based Applications, IT operations and SaaS β€’ Wireless and GPS experience β€’ Dealership / Channel Management experience β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work well within and across multiple functions β€’ Personal drive and competitive spirit to succeed in the marketplace β€’ Desire to do what is right for the customer β€’ Sales / service customer contract experience β€’ Salesforce software utilization, preferred
