Description

• Ford Credit is experiencing significant business transformation in an ever-changing digital world. • We are gathering a team of world-class strategists, innovators, creators, and technicians. • Searching for a Sr. Product Manager, Digital Platforms to unlock the power of our data and financial calculation platform.

Requirements

• Master’s degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education. • 12+ years’ experience working with marketing and financial platforms like vehicle financing, billing, servicing, and payments. • Technical fluency with knowledge of APIs, AI/ML, cloud services (preferably GCP), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), analytics, and experimentation methodologies. • A proven product leader with a data-driven approach to product management and decision-making. • A strategist with a strong product mindset, excellent storytelling, and written communications. • Experience working on global teams and in a matrixed team structure, influencing across product and engineering areas. • An excellent communicator with the ability to articulate vision and seek alignment across all parties. • You can influence without authority, working on/with technical and cross-functional or highly matrixed teams who do not report into this role to get things done. • Experience with digital experience platforms like Adobe Experience Manager and modern front-end frameworks such as React.
