Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is typically required. Some positions may prefer a master's degree or equivalent experience. • Extensive experience in program management, usually 8-10 years, with a focus on software engineering projects. • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex projects and programs. • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum), and lifecycle management. • Familiarity with software engineering tools and technologies. • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with a diverse group of people across different functions. • Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) might be preferred or required by some organizations. • Understanding of the industry or domain in which the company operates, which can be particularly valuable.
