Description

• Oversee and manage complex, cross-functional programs across multiple teams and departments. • Partner with senior leadership, engineering, product, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of large-scale AI/ML initiatives. • Bring structure to chaos, foster collaboration, and ensure programs are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. • Drive program planning, from concept through to execution and post-launch analysis. • Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations. • Lead risk management and mitigation strategies. • Drive continuous improvement in project execution and process management. • Foster a high-performance culture across teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex projects in a technology-driven company. • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus. • Experience working in an Agile environment and applying lean methodologies to drive efficiency and quality. • Experience in launching new user-facing products and AI/ML applications. • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how technology solutions drive business outcomes. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior and executive leaders. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, make quick decisions, and drive high-impact results in a fast-paced environment. • Must be a US Citizen or GC holder
