Description

• Responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, and expanding the company's market share. • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams. • Excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of SAAS, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. • Collaborate closely with other teams, including customer success and hardware.

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in sales. • Exposure to heavy equipment, telematics, or fleet management is a plus. • Experience selling software, in addition to hardware is a plus. • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. • Reliable transportation for on-site sales calls and customer visits. • A proven pattern of past success in sales. • Ability to learn quickly and share that knowledge (solution demos) – fast learners needed. • Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with prospects, customers, and co-workers. • A clear sense of integrity, work ethic, and a sincere interest in building strong relationships. • Strong phone and video chat presence and ability to lead live video demonstrations. • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com or similar ESD. • May require up to 25% travel. • Ability to carry out duties and responsibilities with limited supervision.
