• Play a crucial role in supporting Huron’s Digital Capability and optimizing sales processes • Responsible for pipeline management, data governance, and KPI analysis and reporting • Gain understanding (with training) of sales pipeline accuracy and key metrics • Collaborate with Digital Industry leaders to understand sales processes and strategic objectives • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance • Facilitate monthly approvals process for Sales Credit and Commissions • Monitor performance against key performance indicators for each sales team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales operations or a related role • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Powerpoint and other sales technology tools • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities • Rigorous attention to detail and focus on quality of deliverables
