Description

• Responsible for battery sales and strategy development • Manage proposal submissions and support for government grants • Lead project management efforts related to battery sales • Negotiate contracts with clients and partners • Analyze profit and loss for sales projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field • Proven experience in selling prototype batteries or similar technical products • Must have established network in the Li-ion battery market • Must have experience selling Li-ion cells and understand how cells work from the inside-out, including cathode and anode chemistries and the trade-offs of various performance parameters of Li-ion cells • Experience in writing proposals • Experience supporting government grants and incentives for research and development • Prior experience working in a small business or startup environment • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery • Proficiency in contract negotiations • Familiarity in application requirements such as those of aerospace, defense, specialty vehicles, or other niche Li-ion market • Creative thinker with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
