Description

• Responsible for creating winning Propositions and solutions for Work Place Solutioning opportunities in North America. • Provide technical solutions and lead Solution Discussions with Customers and Sales teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience, mostly in Infrastructure services and management. • Experience defining requirements and delivering propositions/solutions to meet client needs. • Lead Presales activities for EUC services engagements, scope complex IT programmes, and manage architecture governance structure. • Extensive experience acting at a senior level in enterprise organizations. • Knowledge of end-user computing solutions and vendors like Microsoft, Citrix, VMWare, etc. • Proven value delivery through complex, large-scale solutions from business case to project review. • In-depth understanding of technology stack and next generation technology innovations. • Excellent commercial acumen in integrating business and technical solutions. • Thorough understanding of Public Cloud Architecture and On-premise solutions integration. • Knowledge of Active Directory, Messaging, and Application Services. • Strong domain knowledge of End User Computing & Service Desk. • Rich experience in Solution design for End User Projects and Managed Services. • Strong Desktop Virtualization concepts knowledge. • Knowledgeable in various Desktop Virtualization models like HSD, Terminal Services. • Good Knowledge of Application Virtualization platforms including XenApp, App-V and ThinApp. • Excellent Communication Skills and ability to interface with customers for Technical discussions. • Experience handling CXO level discussions and creating complex EUC Solutions in response to RFPs/RFIs.
