• FormAssembly is seeking a strategic communicator to expand awareness and enhance the company’s profile through media and analyst relations, social media, and thought leadership. • This role will be pivotal in elevating FormAssembly as the premier form-based data collection platform among enterprise audiences and industry influencers. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tech public relations, analyst relations, and executive positioning, with an exceptional ability to craft and communicate compelling narratives. • Reporting to the CMO, this position is part of the marketing leadership team. • PR/Media Relations: Build and nurture relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and bloggers to secure high-impact coverage that reinforces FormAssembly’s market leadership. • Analyst Relations (AR): Develop and manage relationships with industry analysts to position FormAssembly as a leader in the data collection industry, ensuring consistent and strategic engagement. • Thought Leadership: Partner with the executive team to create and distribute thought leadership content that highlights FormAssembly’s vision and insights into the future of data collection. • Corporate Messaging Strategy: Develop and implement a messaging framework that supports business goals and positions FormAssembly as a trusted and innovative partner. • Integrated Communications: Oversee a cohesive strategy that unifies external communications, ensuring messaging consistency across media, analysts, and industry events. • Event & Speaking Engagements: Collaborate with Field Marketing to create a strategy for securing high-visibility speaking engagements for FormAssembly’s thought leaders. • Customer Success Advocacy: Highlight customer stories through strategic channels, showcasing impactful outcomes and reinforcing credibility. • Blog: Collaborate with the Growth marketing team to develop and implement a blog strategy that supports corporate and growth strategies. • Market Monitoring: Stay informed of industry trends and competitive movements to continuously refine messaging and inform PR/AR strategy.
• 8+ years of experience in tech media relations, analyst relations, strategic communications, or a related field, ideally within the B2B SaaS sector. • Proven success developing and managing relationships with top-tier media outlets and industry analysts. • Experience collaborating with C-level executives to develop thought leadership content and position the company as a market leader. • Strong track record in public relations, with the ability to execute and manage complex PR initiatives. • Demonstrated expertise in aligning media and analyst strategies with business objectives. • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for creating compelling, audience-specific narratives. • Strong leadership capabilities, including experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners. • Strategic thinker who is adept at translating insights into actionable communications strategies.
