Description

• Formation Bio is a tech and AI driven pharma company • Director of Biostatistics leads all biostatistics activities for a program • Drives innovative quantitative approaches to clinical trial design and analysis • Collaborates with Biometrics leadership and technology teams • Responsible for statistical strategy, technical activities, and regulatory submissions

Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics • At least 8 years’ relevant experience in pharma/biotech for M.S. or 6 years for Ph.D. • Deep understanding of statistical designs and methods for development programs • Passion for quantitative decision making with experience evaluating clinical trial designs • Expertise in frequentist or Bayesian approaches to study design • Ability to communicate complex statistical analyses results • Solid understanding of ICH guidelines • Extensive experience leading statistical execution of clinical trials • Deep understanding of biostatistics regulatory requirements • Experience utilizing statistical software for clinical trials (e.g., SAS, R, EAST) • Proficient R programming skills, expert preferred
