Requirements

• Over 7 years of proven experience in a leadership role, successfully managing and expanding a team of data analysts, business intelligence analysts, and developers within a business intelligence function. • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data engineering, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred. • Expertise in business intelligence tools and platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker, along with product analytics solutions like MixPanel and Amplitude; strong foundation in statistics and experimental methodologies, including A/B testing and geo-testing. • In-depth knowledge of data warehousing solutions (e.g., PostGres, BigQuery), data integration techniques (ELT/ETL), and data modeling techniques (DBT). • Proficiency in scripting languages, including SQL, Python, and Excel. • A comprehensive understanding of the sports gaming industry, focusing on customer psychology and the operational dynamics of gaming businesses. • Excellent critical thinking skills, allowing for effective analysis of complex data and systems to generate actionable insights. • Strong communication skills facilitate effective collaboration and influence among stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Highly organized, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. • Proven track record of delivering large-scale marketing analytics projects on time and within budget. • Experience in scaling a business intelligence organization successfully. • Skilled in implementing data governance, ensuring compliance, and establishing best practices for reporting and insight development, including version control, quality assurance, and role-based access control (RBAC).
