Description

• The Senior Digital Producer is responsible for overall workflow, project management, and production of assigned marketing and communications campaigns across various platforms, focusing on digital products. • They lead the production of campaign-related deliverables including video, animation, display, and social. • Work across internal teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure client service excellence. • Strong understanding of delivering high-quality, strategy-driven digital products and integrated campaign components. • Guide clients and teams for digital projects from requirements gathering to launch. • Ensure all aspects of campaigns are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. • Provide ongoing support to ensure all deliverables align with project goals and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in design, advertising, marketing or a related field. • 5+ years of web project management at an agency or similar environment. • Proven track record of producing a wide range of digital products including large enterprise websites. • Experience managing creative teams and vendor relationships. • Experience developing project documentation including business and technical requirements, user flows, wireframes, and maintenance plans. • Experience developing web products for government agencies including U.S Web Design System and Section508 and FISMA compliance. • Experience managing development and content updates in content management systems like WordPress and Drupal. • Solid understanding of UX principles and programming platforms. • Understanding of tools and javascript libraries for dynamic data visualizations. • Experience developing quality assurance plans and managing QA. • Demonstrated strong communications and problem-solving skills. • Exacting attention to detail. • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and creative software mechanics. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. • Knowledge of project management principles, processes, and software. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong management and leadership skills. • Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to federal contract requirements.
