Requirements

• 1-3 years answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls. • Troubleshooting problems related to project work. • Providing online survey support and processing paper surveys. • Ability to work 10:00am – 6:00pm EST, Monday through Friday. • Excellent written and communication skills. • Attention to detail and ability to problem solve basic technical issues.
