Description

β€’ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers and Junior Account Managers. β€’ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize ARR and growth. β€’ Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews. β€’ Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. β€’ Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. β€’ Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management. β€’ Ensure the team understands and leverages the commission-based structure. β€’ Leverage the Fortive Business System tools for best practices.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in sales management, with a strong focus on driving ARR and growth in a B2B environment. β€’ Experience leading teams with a mix of Account Managers and Junior Account Managers, preferably in a commission-based structure. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategy. β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. β€’ Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve high levels of performance. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
