• The Inside Sales Representative will use their collective experience to uncover opportunities within targeted accounts. • The role is to identify and qualify new business opportunities by building relationships via telephone, email, and social media. • Responsible for generating and managing qualified leads for the Enterprise Account Executives. • Meet/exceed qualified lead goals and manage an annual sales quota. • Involves extensive written campaigns, telemarketing efforts, and sales team interaction. • Identify potential customers that fit the ideal customer profile (ICP) through research. • Nurture and qualify outbound target accounts within win zones. • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting and lead generation through multi-channel outreach. • Drive sales growth by setting up initial meetings and handing over opportunities to AEs. • Maintain an annual book of business for sales quota achievement. • Respond to inquiries from marketing campaigns in a timely manner. • Support AEs during the sales cycle and join critical meetings for account expansion.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Cold-calling expertise in a B2B direct lead-generation environment • 1-3 years’ experience in telemarketing, inside sales or sales (enterprise software, SAAS and/or technology sales preferred • Experience with outreach such as cold calling, emailing and navigating organizations • Experience prospecting into strategic business account via cold call, email and social strategies • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding tele-marketing goals • Energy and drive with the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment who relishes being a part of a fast-growing SAAS culture • Team player possessing the desire to grow within an organization • Excellent skills in solution-oriented, business-value-based lead qualification • Ability to create a strong relationship with a team of field sales reps • Strong time management and organization skills and knowledge of (SAAS) technology is a plus
