• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the services sector • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Modern Work Technologies, including Copilot, Azure, Office 365, Viva, the Power Platform, and related services • Understanding of Microsoft as a company, and what drives their different roles to leverage services partners • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events • Advanced degree or certifications in Microsoft Technologies (preferred) • Experience working with enterprise clients in various industries (preferred) • Deep network of connections at Microsoft (preferred) • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools (preferred)
