• Senior Manager – Finance • Gordian is a fast-growing data and software enabled services company that is an Operating Company of Fortive. • Members of the Gordian finance team get the benefits of an energetic high pace company along with opportunities of a larger public company. • The Senior Manager Finance will be a trusted finance partner supporting the Sales & Marketing functions and leading a team of 2 analysts. • The role will partner with senior leaders and drive actions across the finance team. • Responsibilities include providing financial leadership, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, supporting P&L management, team leadership, and executing ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required • CPA/CIA or CPA/CIA Candidate Preferred • 6-10 years of experience working in Public Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Internal Audit • General understanding of financial/operating reporting, tax, and auditing concepts and practices • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth environment • Strong Excel background • Must be very detail oriented and have strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills • Proven success developing strong working relationships with all levels of management • Can lead corporate initiatives & gain alignment & support for a plan. • Effective evaluating risks, identifying and managing mitigation plans • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills • Occasional travel may be required (less than 10%)
