• The Senior Regional Marketing Manager is key in providing marketing expertise, support, and leadership to field offices. • This position collaborates with multiple firms to develop and execute marketing strategy. • Responsible for planning and coordinating activities to drive sales including advertising initiatives. • The role requires proven leadership skills, strategic thinking, and collaborative decision-making to innovate campaigns. • Navigate both strategy & tactics, with a focus on long-term planning and seasonal adjustments. • Lead a high-performing team to meet their individual and team goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or related work experience Required • Advanced degree or working towards one Preferred • More than 10 Years In a similar role Required • 2-3 years leading the creation and implementation of marketing plans Required • In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns Required • A good understanding of current marketing trends Required • Financial services / life insurance industry experience Required • In-depth technical understanding of life and annuity products and sales concepts, technology, related tax laws and state regulations Required • Experience with technology such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SmartOffice, Redtail, Canva, Asana, FMG, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Camtasia, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Required • American College professional designation Preferred
