Description

β€’ We are currently seeking a top-performing sales professional to grow Business in Canada and North Central US. The position is home office based, preferably in a Canada but will consider other locations in Central US states. β€’ Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with key accounts ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and requirements to implement customized solutions. β€’ Expand the relationships with key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. β€’ Measure, track and analyze key account metrics. β€’ Strengthen business relationships and identify opportunities within assigned accounts to accomplish organic growth. β€’ Main point of contact between key accounts and internal teams. β€’ Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings β€’ Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements. β€’ Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. β€’ Work together with other ISC personnel to find solutions to more complex issues. β€’ Maintaining and growing sales to existing iNet renewals. β€’ Increasing sales of new technology solutions into both existing and future iNet customers β€’ Sell solutions that contain both a hardware and software component resulting in a reasonable overall cost and highest level of personnel safety β€’ Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of documented successful outside sales experience in IoT and/or Systems Solutions sales within an Industrial Sales environment β€’ Basic understanding of industrial markets β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Demonstrated commitment to customer service, and can work with cross-functional internal teams β€’ Overnight travel up to 50%
