Description

• Utilize Workday Prism Analytics to deliver insights and analytics supporting HR and Finance teams. • Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday Prism Analytics for HR and Finance functions. • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to understand their analytics needs and translate them into actionable insights. • Design, implement, and optimize data models and analytics solutions in Workday Prism to support business objectives. • Perform data analysis and visualization to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. • Monitor and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Workday Prism and related systems. • Provide support on Workday Prism Analytics tools and functionalities. • Stay updated with the latest developments in Workday Prism and analytics best practices to continually enhance reporting and analytical capabilities. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday Prism and analytics. • Participate in cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field. • Workday Pro Certification in Integrations or other relevant modules preferred. • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Workday Integration Analyst or similar role. • Strong understanding of integration design patterns & concepts. • Ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and implement them within Workday. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines. • Experience in middleware & integrations platforms is required. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and design innovative product solutions.
