Description

• We are seeking an Account Manager to work closely with our clients, international partners, and development team • Your mission is to manage and nurture client relationships while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services • The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a business background and a keen interest in client relationship management and data analysis • You will be instrumental in solving challenges and providing exceptional service • Although this position is not technical, an interest in Tech, ECommerce, and Startups is essential to excel in this role • Maintain daily communication with clients • Solve operational and basic technical issues for clients • Check providers’ performance daily and work with them to offer clients a good and stable service • Building knowledge of our system, providers, and clients • Assist in creating/updating online documents • Take ownership of client accounts • Response to various requests from the clients and provide better and quicker client support • Use data analysis skills to monitor account status and take necessary reaction • Introduce our new products to clients and work with different teams to make the deal • According to clients' status and requirements, plan to proactively build a stronger relationship, and generate more income

Requirements

• Client relations and communication and attention to detail • Critical and logical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving • Time management and prioritization - our developer team are across two time zones • Stress management • Data analysis • Desire to learn everything in order to build a clear view of our system / solutions and always keep your knowledge most updated • Ability to assimilate new concepts quickly, understand the customer needs and discuss them with the development team in a clear and concise manner • Language requirement: English (Professional working proficiency) • Availability to work on-call shifts, to support our 24/7 client platform • Bonus points: Ability to speak fluent Mandarin • Experience working with Fintech or iGaming products • Can read and write Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese or Korean
