β€’ Highly motivated, competitive, and dedicated Sales Executive to develop new Dental customers. β€’ Manage high-volume cold calls to dental practices. β€’ Identify decision-makers and evaluate buying process. β€’ Determine prospects' business needs and goals to identify solutions. β€’ Perform basic product demonstrations at regional events and tradeshows. β€’ Build strong networks within the organization, the defined territory, and the dental industry. β€’ Collect, record, and diligently track all prospects, leads, and activities using CRM. β€’ Manage warm marketing lists for qualified sales opportunities. β€’ Continuous study of Fotona products, the dental industry, and laser dentistry is required.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 2-3 years experience in outbound business-to-business sales experience preferred. β€’ Capital Equipment, Durable Medical Equipment, and/or Dental Sales experience are a plus. β€’ Ability to develop qualified appointments and apply sales and marketing strategies and principles. β€’ Excellent phone, email, and in-person sales and communication skills. β€’ Basic Office Suite and computer/internet skills for efficient documentation, communication, and research. β€’ Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus. β€’ Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently to produce results.
