In this pivotal role, you will work directly with the leadership team, streamlining operations, improving communication, and ensuring the efficient execution of key projects. • Your contributions will empower the organization to deliver exceptional service and drive meaningful results for our clients. • With 50+ Filipino team members already thriving in our company, we’re excited to expand this exceptional team with new talent! • Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the executive team, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities. • Serve as the main point of contact between leadership and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration. • Research and analyze key data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and monitor the performance of various initiatives. • Coordinate and manage high-priority projects, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders remain aligned. • Prepare strategic reports, presentations, proposals, and contracts to support key business initiatives. • Organize and lead virtual and in-person meetings, ensuring all participants are aligned on objectives and action items. • Identify and proactively address operational bottlenecks and roadblocks to ensure business continuity and success. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure smooth service delivery. • Leverage analytics to prioritize outreach and support for clients, helping drive their success and satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of communications, decisions, and key outcomes to promote transparency and accountability.
• Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role. • 5–8 years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting or an operational leadership role. • Highly organized, with exceptional time-management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively. • A natural leader and team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to learn and grow alongside the team. • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. • Strong academic background with excellent performance. Degrees in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields are preferred. • Data-driven and detail-oriented, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
• The necessary equipment (ex. company computer) will be provided. • Hourly compensation is in $USD • We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills • Aside from the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own • Target 42.5 billable hours per week • Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings • 20 days accrued annual vacation • These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time. • Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period. • 5 sick days off annually • 15 days accrued annual Life Leave. • Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time.
