Description

• Drive revenue growth by selling newsletter ad inventory to direct-response advertisers • Build and manage a pipeline of potential direct-response advertisers • Collaborate with internal team members to develop lead-generation strategies • Develop compelling pitches that showcase newsletter channels effectiveness • Ensure smooth campaign execution and optimize performance • Maintain strong client relationships • Provide account management and updates on campaign performance • Represent FMG publications and network partners • Continuously improve solutions based on customer feedback • Keep up to date with industry trends • Collaborate with an SDR to support outreach • Collaborate with the creative team on campaign concepts • Identify new data points and insights for the sales process

Requirements

• 2-5 years of recent/relevant advertising sales experience • A verifiable and current list of direct-response agency and client relationships • Experience selling newsletter advertising • Experience selling events • Energy and vitality in the sales process • Willingness to participate in proposal generation and data gathering • Skilled in prospecting and developing new business • Highly motivated and self-starting individual • Excellent written/verbal communication skills • Internet savvy and ability to dig deeper • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively • Intellectually curious and desire to learn about the business and potential clients • Comfortable with cold-outreach and eager to interact with clients
