β€’ Identify and target potential contractor and distribution partners within the assigned territory. β€’ Build and nurture relationships with contractors, builders, and other industry professionals. β€’ Promote and sell our products and services to contractors, demonstrating their value and benefits. β€’ Act as the primary point of contact for distribution and contractor partners, addressing their needs and providing solutions. β€’ Offer product knowledge, support, and guidance to contractors to help them effectively utilize our products. β€’ Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with existing contractor partners to maintain strong relationships. β€’ Gather and analyze information on market trends, competitor activities, and contractor needs. β€’ Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and management to help shape sales strategies and product offerings. β€’ Prepare regular reports on sales activities, territory performance, and market conditions. β€’ Handle sales documentation, including quotes, orders, and contracts. β€’ Utilize CRM software to track sales progress, manage customer accounts, and record interactions. β€’ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products. β€’ Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. β€’ Stay informed about industry developments and new products to effectively communicate value to contractors.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years sales experience; however, a strong interest in sales and a willingness to learn is essential. β€’ Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is a plus. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. β€’ Strong organizational and time-management skills. β€’ Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices. β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with CRM software.
